Very thorough testing and fully explained results. Everything that’s been happening with my hearing, or lack of, finally made sense. I’m very happy to have made another appointment for a hearing aid.

My first visit to Tragus in Dartford, where I received a warm welcome. Although I had booked just for earwax removal, I was given a very thorough hearing assessment at no additional cost. Everything was clearly explained in terms I understood and I was given a number of options to consider for hearing improvement going forward. Tragus gives a very professional service, whilst also making you feel valued as an individual.

I've now had my 2nd visit to Tragus and, after further hearing tests, left with a pair of hearing aids to trial which are set to my needs. I'll wear these all/every day to evaluate them ahead of my next appointment in a couple of weeks. I'm amazed at the depth and detail these hearing tests have gone to. The trial hearing aids are adjusted, not only to my hearing needs, but also to the specific volume/shape of my ear canals. Time will tell if these are the right devices for me, but it's refreshing to to be able to trial them, properly set to my needs, before any commitment.

3rd appointment today and the attention to detail continues. I have had moulds taken in order to make ear cups that fit each ear perfectly, and the trial hearing aid settings have been adjusted to include selectable "calming" sounds to help when my tinnitus breaks through. I will continue with the trial hearing aids until my own pair arrives in about 3 weeks. I'll update my review again then. So far, outstanding!

I've had my new hearing aids for about 4 weeks now and visited Tragus again today for a follow up appointment. Everything is working well, though (as expected) my ears need a little longer to adjust to the new hearing experience. I will revisit in about 4 months for another assessment and any necessary adjustment to the settings. I cannot fault the friendly and professional service.

Almost a year since my first appointment with Tragus, and I have just completed a 6-monthly hearing assessment. The audiologist made some minor adjustments to my hearing aids and provided a supply of extra filters. As always, a professional and friendly service, and thoroughly recommended.

I was very pleased with my experience at my appointment to have ear wax removel. On inspection it was not need. I had a hearing test to follow. The results were explained to me in full. I will be very happy to return later in the year to check my hearing again.
